Bugfixes and gameplay changes:

• Missing gothic costume-Fixed
• Missing covered in slime pic-fixed
• Bar rules sign not solid-fixed
• Bar rules sign also adjusted to not be used until after town hall quest. 
• Gardening now moves time forward
• Now you can get all ingredients needed for all alchemy recipe, though semen is limited. 
• Potions  are temporarily non-consumable and say they aren't implemented
• Can no longer repeat the town hall quest
• Dept can now be paid, again, darn variables!
• Work scenes should not break after going to chapter 2 now
• Work scene images were extended for some scenes
• Steph now wears panties from the start of the game, no more magically appearing panties
• Debug room now has things fixed so they stop breaking things.

These updates are for 0.06B and this was written before it was done uploading.
